Procedure Determining and Completing Good Cause For Not Cooperating With ORS

 

Whenever applicants or recipients decide that they do not want to cooperate with Medical Support Enforcement requirements, they must be given the opportunity to claim good cause before applying a sanction.

 

The previously mentioned procedures will instruct the eligibility worker on how to proceed in this situation.
