A. Non-Financial Requirements
LSW provides home and community based services in community settings for eligible members who would otherwise require the level of care provided in an intermediate care facility.
This waiver is for people of all ages who have intellectual disabilities and related conditions or those with an acquired brain injury. People on this waiver must meet an aged, blind or disabled Medicaid category.
