A. MAGI-Based Programs

B. All Other Programs
This volume describes unearned income that is not counted to determine eligibility. A couple of the following topics include information about some related income that must be counted. Applicants and recipients must provide enough information and verification for the Medicaid worker to decide if income is to be counted or if it is an excluded income. Some types of excluded income may also be excluded as a resource. See Sec. 521 for resource exclusions. (See Sec. 413-6 for things that are not income.)
