DHHS submitted and received approval for the following (e)14 Waiver flexibilities that will continue past the unwinding period through June 30, 2025:

• • Ex Parte Renewal for Individuals with No Income and No Data Returned when the member’s income has been verified after March 1, 2019.
  • Completing reviews with no Asset Verification System (AVS) Data Returned within a Reasonable Timeframe.
  • Extended Timeframe to Take Final Administrative Action on Fair Hearing Requests.
  • Any Fair Hearing that exceeds 90 day requirements.
