Applicants and recipients must assume certain responsibilities to receive medical assistance. Each applicant should receive a copy of the Client's Rights and Responsibilities form. (It may be part of the application form as a tear-off page for clients to keep, provided as part of the information with an online application, or the eligibility worker must give them a copy of the PM920 brochure.) Applicants and recipients should talk to their eligibility worker if they have any questions about the rights and responsibilities of clients. These responsibilities are defined in the sections that follow.
