Previous Policy

For adult and child eligibility, an individual’s countable income that is expected to be received during the 12 month certification period cannot exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit for the household size.

Income is calculated using MAGI-based methods.  See Sections 340, 341 and 342.
