Previous Policy

Applicants who have access to or who are enrolled in COBRA coverage that meets the definition of an 'UPP Qualified Health Plan' may be eligible for UPP.  (See Section 1003-1 M.)

Applicants who have health insurance coverage (with the exceptions in 1003-2 or covered under COBRA) or who have access to certain types of health insurance coverage are not eligible for UPP  See Sections 1003-2, 1003-3 and 1003-4.
