The following chart describes who can receive these programs and their household size.

·   Parents and their spouses who have a dependent, deprived child living in the household.

·   Pregnant women and their spouse during the 3rd trimester of pregnancy, if they have no other children.

 

·   The PCR program follows the MAGI rules.

·   MAGI household: 234

·   Tax filers: 234-1

·   Non-tax filers 234-2

·   Deprivation: 345-2

 

·   Caretaker relatives and their spouse who take primary responsibility of a dependent, deprived child.

·   Same as above

·   Unmarried fathers of the unborn child in the 3rd trimester, living in the home, who has acknowledged paternity.

·   Same as above

Pregnant Woman

Child 0-1

·   Follows the mother’s Medicaid household.

Child Medically Needy

·   18 years old, who are still in high school and expect to graduate before turning 19, who are eligible for the MAGI-based Child program.
