107 Responsibilities of Applicants and Recipients

Applicants and recipients must assume certain responsibilities to receive medical assistance.  

Each applicant should receive a copy of the Rights and Responsibilities form.  It may be part of the paper or online application or can be accessed at https://medicaid.utah.gov/nondiscrimination-policy/

Applicants and recipients should talk to their eligibility worker if they have any questions about the rights and responsibilities of members.  These responsibilities are defined in the sections that follow.
