Obsolete 0620 - 445 Retroactive Period

Effective Date: February 1, 2015 - May 31, 2020 (445 incorporated into 435-3 as of June 1, 2020)

Medicaid, SLMB and QI programs allow coverage for the 3 months before the application month if the person met the eligibility criteria in those months. Determine income the same for all of these programs.

Determine eligibility the same for a partial month of coverage as you do for a full month of coverage, if the benefit effective date is not the first day of the month due to one of the exceptions found in 711. (Refer to Section 711 for limits on when eligibility can begin.)
